Brittany and Stephen met in 2017 when Brittany was tasked to stand-up a Mentor Program at work, as a requirement for her MBA. Stephen had prior experience and ended up Co-leading this effort with Brittany. As they met to pursue their love for helping people, they also ended up pursuing each other. Brittany fell in love with Stephen’s kind heart, his perseverance, and his ability to always make her smile. Stephen fell in love with Brittany’s inspiring outlook on things, her passion and humor (dry as it may be) and making Stephen want to better himself in life.
After many friend-zone attempts that Brittany put Stephen through (hot yoga, Zengo Cycle, etc.), she realized she truly enjoyed her time with him. Falling in love fast and hard was the best part of their relationship. Brittany knew Stephen was “the one” when they completed their family with Zoey (Stephen’s other love of his life). She could finally picture a life with someone and knew she never wanted to live without him.
In November of last year Stephen and Brittany bought their first home together and in May, Stephen popped the question while he and Brittany were in Mexico (no tequila involved).
Brittany and Stephen can’t wait to celebrate with friends and family, near and far, and thank you all for being a part of their story.
