Welcome

Thank you so much for visiting our wedding website! After almost 9 years together – including the longest engagement of all time – we are more than ready to (finally) tie the knot and begin the next chapter of our lives. Our new wedding date, 4/3/21, is perfectly appropriate to our situation, as we both have been counting down to this day for much longer than we expected! We appreciate all of your love and support, and we cannot wait to celebrate with you!

A special note regarding COVID 19....

Zion Springs has assured us that they are following CDC guidelines regarding the virus. Staff will be gloved and wearing masks throughout the event, in addition to other precautions. Masks will be available for guests who choose to wear one.

We realize that everyone has their own comfort level regarding the virus, and we completely understand for those who decide to stay home. Just know that we will miss you! If you would like to attend the ceremony only, please note this in your RSVP.

Anyone who cannot attend the wedding and would like to watch the ceremony from the comfort of your own home, a live-stream link will be provided below.

Accommodations

We have reserved room blocks at two hotels about 15 minutes from our venue. If you would like to book a room please do so ASAP, as these two hotels fill up quickly. Reservations can be cancelled up to 7 days in advance. Make sure to reference the “Hopke/McCoy Wedding Block”. The reservation links are listed below. These room blocks will be available for reservations until March 5th.

For our guests flying in from out of town, both hotels are about 30 minutes from Dulles Airport and 1 hour from Reagan National Airport.

Complementary shuttles will be available on Saturday from both hotels. More information below.

Shuttles

Complementary shuttles will be available on Saturday to transport guests to and from both hotels and Zion Springs. They will remain accessible until the end of the reception; and for anyone who needs to leave the party a little bit early, we’ll have a designated shuttle available.

We encourage everyone to use this service, as the back roads in Hamilton are not very fun to drive on at night! Parking is also limited, and Ubers aren’t readily available at the venue.

If you would like to use the shuttle service, please let us know in the designated section on your RSVP. If you are staying elsewhere and would like to ride the shuttles from either of the hotel pick-up points, you are more than welcome to do so, but please be sure to indicate this on your RSVP as well. For anyone planning on using the shuttles, please include your phone number so we can communicate pick-up times from each hotel. (Your number will ONLY be used for communication regarding shuttles!)
