The Jim & Pam of Wawa

Most people probably don’t know this, but Michael & Jorden have actually “known” each other for over 10 years! Michael was in finance at Wawa when Jorden become a professional sandwich maker (her formal job title, obviously) in the Wawa cafe in 2012. Even back then she had to beg for him to try something besides a boring tuna sandwich on white bread. Oh, how they have come so far! Michael even likes mushrooms & some green vegetables now! (🤯). 

Years went by before they actually formed a friendship that went further than food. When Jorden started a new job in the same department as Michael, it wasn’t long before the two were inseparable. That friendship quickly turned into the best years of their lives. 

Michael brought Jorden on her first adventure outside of the states to Jamaica in 2017. That’s when their love of traveling (drinking, eating, and beaching) together began. In 2019, they bought a house! Their first year being homeowners was a different kind of adventure together & that house turned into a home right away. 

When covid/quarantine happened in 2020, they luckily didn’t kill one another & Michael finally gave in on expanding their family with a pup after Jorden had every single coworker, friend, & family member working together to convince him! Ruby girl came home in June! They had no idea the love & laughter that crazy little fluff butt would bring to their lives. 

July 2021, Jorden’s 6th Stone Harbor trip with Michael’s family. Little did she know they were all scheming for months! Michael let Jorden wear an ADORABLE pair of cheetah spandex shorts on her last morning beach walk as a free woman! When talking about their favorite Stone Harbor memories, Michael got down on one (jello-like) knee and created their favorite memory to date! And so their newest adventure begins…
