The pre-cocktail hour, ceremony, and cocktail hour will all be held outside (weather permitting). The reception will be in the Barn.

Yes, There will be two shuttles. Both leave from Hampton Inn and Homewood Suites. Pick up times are 3:30 PM and 3:45 PM. The return shuttles will both depart Zion Springs at 10:30 PM

You will have the opportunity to let us know if you plan to use the shuttles when you RSVP on our website. The shuttle ride is about 20 minutes from the hotel to the venue.

Yes, there are plenty of parking spots on site if you choose to drive.

While Uber or Lyft is technically available, it is not a reliable way to get transportation, especially at the end of the night, as our venue is tucked away in Western Loudoun County.
